Admission Registration Form

The candidate/parent can request a Registration Form from the Admission Department of the School or download it from the link below.

Registration Forms duly filled are to be submitted to the Admissions Department along with Demand Draft of Rs.2000/- towards registration Fee. The following documents need to be submitted along with the registration Form:

Passport size photographs - Two
Attested copy of the Birth Certificate
Attested copy of Mark Sheet / Progress Report of the current class.

The registration fee is not refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. The acceptance of the registration form and fee does not guarantee admission to the candidate
